RR Crossing Gates Hit Car & Boat, Railroad Switching Short Line Railroad Cincinnati Eastern Railroad

Car gets hit hard by a railroad crossing gate while a train was doing some railroad switching. Then a boat breaks off the RR crossing arm. This is my first time to film both new locomotives working together. I caught 1657 on its first a month ago. Cincinnati Eastern Railroad recently got both these GP15-1 units. Today they were working together to switch 4 track Afton Yard near Batavia, Ohio. I filmed the whole thing. If its boring just skip to 12:25 to see the car get hit by the gate. The Boat took the gate out at. A crew quickly arrived to repair the gate while the crew was out of sight switching. This video also shows the new customer construction. Purina is building a HUGE dog food processing plant that will reportedly give 6 car loads a day to CCET. This is going to be a major customer and CCET is really going to be busy. They have already added a score of customers to this line that Norfolk Southern gave up on. This video also shows my dogs playing and has a slide show at the end.
