Description from post Does the elevator at Winchester still have this unit? This view is from June 2010, but I'm seeing photos as early as June 2013 that it was repainted NRE black, and 2014 photos of an NS train hauling the unit off property. Christopher Edwards answered in a comment: The elevator owns it out right. It was pulled from the property by NS in 2014, in case CCET could not re-establish service to Winchester. We took it back out there in March of 2015, when the lease was expanded to Seaman.
