Switching orders for the x21p Shifter from Portsmouth for March 4, 1987. They are assigned the Hillsboro branch cars and if I’m reading it correct looks like they are to do a inter-change for some cars with the B&O. Sometimes the east end Shifter from Portsmouth would cover Hillsboro and sometimes the west end Shifter from Clare would do it.
