Ok in case the text under the image is difficult to read it says.
This is a New Richmond interurban railway car that ran from Columbia to New Richmond. The first of two tracks laid, the New Richmond line was built in 1902 by the Cincinnati and Eastern Electric Railway and ran 19 miles along the ohio river. A second line later branched off at Coney Island and travelled north to Bethel. The tracks where abandoned by 1922.
Interesting.
