Return To Gallery Menu   Train Master Reprimand from 1891 Posted to History of the Peavine Railroad Facebook Group by Chad Fannin, August 14, 2019. Description from post. Interesting letter from 128 years ago today on the newly reorganized CP&V Railroad. Notice the Train Master referring to one of the passenger trains as the race horse. And then telling the Brakeman he is using a little to much red liquor. It was probably alright to use some, just not to much.
