 Interesting letter from 128 years ago today on the newly reorganized CP&V Railroad. Notice the Train Master referring to one of the passenger trains as the race horse. And then telling the Brakeman he is using a little to much red liquor. It was probably alright to use some, just not to much. Back in the good ole days of work I suppose.
