Peering west through Vera bridge that crosses the Scioto River at Portsmouth. This image was taken after the completion of the reconstruction needed from damage caused by the 1913 flood. The bridge is located directly passed Vera Junction, the start of the Peavine, Cincinnati District, of the N&W Ry.
