Cumpres Pass
As you can see by the sign in the foreground, we risen to more than 10,000 feet. This was actually a fun trip for our family. During the train ride we obviously topped out at over 10,000 feet of elevation. We ended our trip a week later in Death Valley a hundred feet below sea level. Roughly two miles of elevation change.

This is the depot at Cumbres Pass.
