Construction Progress 2013
This shot is the first wall framing to be completed. I'm standing roughly at the front of the helix on Batavia Hill. From left to right would be Summit Road, Clermont Steel, Batavia Transmission, Curliss Road and Georgia Pacific on the top level. On the lower level would be the bridge over the East Fork River in Batavia and the villiage of Batavia.

In this shot I've placed the west end of the Marien Industrial Switching District along the wall. I knew it would be a while before construction went much further than this. So I setup the old travel layout for a few years. You can see pictures of this layout in the model gallery.
