Return To Gallery Menu   John Morrell Plant Sioux Falls, SD This view of the Morrell plant in Sioux Falls is taken from Falls Park. Sioux Falls is named for a series of water falls that see the Big Sioux River drop about a hundred feet over a succession of three falls.
